Update: it is a fortune, I do not really need to update anything. The place is still cozy, welcoming, warm. The food is superb since our previous visit it even receiver (a well deserved) Michelin star. Fully recommended. The fact, that I forget to make any picture, talks thousand words. From the moment you arrive to the place, you will feel you just entered some kind of meditation. You will be hosted here to aid in any way this activity: both the environment, the staff and the food and drinks are just tools to keep you relax. And they do it perfectly. Maybe next time, when I'll visit Almalomb I'll do a more detailed review, however currently I just feel, I become more whole just because I spent a lunch here. Thank you for the atmosphere, the food, which were not only energy for my body, but also to my mind. It was a refreshing sensation.

The location is an understatement it takes an interesting longer drive on a narrow road through the village in the hills. Spacious parking lot awaits you. The building is an old watermill, lovely renovated. The meals are nicely served and delicious, very creative, yet the hungarian roots are visible in each and every dish. Some of them are containing unexpected food cooked or prepared in a extraordinary way, delicious and colorful. We had a four course meal and a coffee, and we are more than satisfied! The service is immaculate. All together strongly recommended! Hint: Take a look at the last page in the menu, there are some delicious house made products listed.
Located in a scenic village by the tallest mount in the Mecsek-mountains. The place was made from an old mill. Very authentic and genuine! You may have fine, local specialities spiced with creativity. You definitely have to visit if you want some special food experience near Pécs!
Small, family friendly place with an aim of fine dining. Nice atmosphere , friendly staff (speaks english) and a bit of history. Recommended.
Food was fantastic and the service was great. Our host showed us around the renovated mill. Very cozy atmosphere. They have many rooms to dine in. We were there on a winter night but defiantly want to check out in the summer too.
