We were there at 8:30 am looking for a breakfast restaurant. When we arrived, it said downstairs from 10am, but then we could take part in the breakfast buffet for hotel guests on the 1st floor, for 1800 forints per person. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: Ft 1,000–2,000
Today I placed my order at 12:26, for which they said it would take 20-25 minutes and it was ready, we agreed that we would arrive there at 13:00. At 12:35, maybe 9 minutes later, I got a call saying that my dish was ready and I could go get it. I took it in surprise, but then I called them back to say that I wanted to cancel because I think it's impossible that 8 slices of bread were fried in 9 minutes. Then the gentleman said to give me his boss so that I could discuss this with him, and then with this momentum he hung up the phone. A huge disappointment, several acquaintances and family members order from them, but after this they won't. This attitude is unacceptable in hospitality. I've heard a lot of bad things about them, but unfortunately I got to experience them.
We ordered a family pack, a bbq pack, we had a birthday party, everything was delicious. It was tasty and plentiful, nothing was salted. The chef cooks very well, the tartar sauce was also very tasty, all the flavors were found correctly. The rice was cooked just as long as it should be. He could have put a shade more green peas in the rice. the delivery was super punctual, we are sure that we will order from here again next time.
