One of the best hotels. I was with my family in apartment (half board). Food was excellent and various (for everyone). Cook sometimes get out from kitchen and arrange food on buffet, then you have extraordinary served food. Absolutely perfect. They have Sap center, with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, even have mini pool for children and lot of toys, my daughter enjoyed. But for sure outdoor pool is something special because you have wonderful surroundings and view on forest. You can enjoy in jacuzzi beside pools. That not everything they have in Spa center. Staff was very hospitable, but only bad thing is that they don't know English, the most of them. I think the waiter must know English on basic level at least, because they represent hotel, food, drinks and another things about hotel, they are in front of hotel beside receptionist. Receptionist was very good and they know English, very helpful all of them. The best thing for me is landscape around hotel and location. Hotel located in forest, when stuff placed like that you got quite, extraordinary view from large balcony and peace. In front of hotel they have playground for children and track for walk around the hotel. Apartment was clean, neat and modern, also large bathroom. In apartment you got coffee machine for self made coffee and tea, like mini fridge with drinks. Beds was very comfortable. My English is not perfect and maybe I have some mistakes but I want more people see this recension. For me, topnotch hotel.

It was perfect. Every where the beautiful nature and next to the hotel a very good field too. The room was great too. I only can recommend and I really want to go again there...

The restaurant was really outstanding. Especially for the surrounding options. Panoramic views to the Kékes peak. Posh but friendly at the same time.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience this weekend at the Lifestyle Hotel. With no running water for half a day and intermittent power outages on top of this no apology or care given from the reception staff when requested. The restaurant food was also underwhelming and basic for a four star establishment. More care and better customer service would make this property a success but as it stands we will not be returning.

The staff was professional and helpful. Good clean air in the mountains. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the air-con was not working very well in any of the rooms. DO NOT order the Club Sandwich, it is nothing like one. Very disappointing but at least they did not charge for it. The spa area especially the sauna was extremely good.

High quality hotel with nice staff and stunning view. The spa is really relaxing with many pools and saunas. Especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi with a beautiful landscape. Ideal for families but also for couples who want to enjoy the lifestyle of Màtra.

Stunning location. The wellness experience makes up for the hotel's shortcomings. In the spa you have 2 different pools plus one for kids, jacuzzi, saunas (Finnish, Bio and Infra) , steam bath, relaxing heated room with divine scents and various shower experience. Crushed ice is the best treat. Rooms are basic, no double but twin beds only. Plus: they were comfortable. Bathroom was OK, but shower was pretty battered. Plenty of options at breakfast and dinner, food was homey and tasty. What really lags behind is the service. Very few waiters knew what to do nor were trained, most were not paying attention if not behaved plain cranky. If you take this place with a pinch of salt you will be grand.
