the place is really beautiful and unique, but the vegan options were quite limited and only basic middle-east food. musrooms seemed skillful mushrooms with some oil and crumble, pfeffer salad seemed like supermarket Jar food and it was unclear whether the salads came with pita or not and the waiter seemed upset when we asked for it. we really wanted to like the place, but eating was cut. nice to visit once, but there are better places for vegan kn budapest.
we loved the facility and atmosphere. I ordered the vegan lens soup that was very tasteful. next came the mixed salate plate, which consisted of smoked aubergines and tabbouleh salate. for my escape I had the felafel sand with a side of fries and tahini diving sauce. everything really tasted fresh! for drinks I had a celestial mosque mule. it was refreshing.
that was an early dinner. beautiful setup, great eating. best meal in budapest. So the price-performance ratio was surprised. make them a reservation and they will not be disappointed
really popular place, we fought to get a table for the evening, so went to lunch but they must make a reservation before! absolutely delicious eating, gorgeous environment feels like they were in a greenhouse! I had a falafel pitta and chips and shared a pitta mezze for the starter. amazing, definitiw the hype worth!
Great hummus with mushroom ragu completely vegan, but where are the falafel?
There are small plates and starters that are vegan but no dinner platter options that are.
I had the falafel sandwich and a lemonade and they were quite tasty. I think this place is popular because of the architecture and the building itself.
