05/07/2021 I placed my order at 16:57, everything went as usual, they kindly took my order and said that they would deliver it as soon as it was ready. they will deliver my order soon because they will make it again at 7:04 p.m. the order arrived, but it was not what I ordered, we called them again on the phone so that they would not be angry, but I did not receive what I ordered, the answer was condescending that they could not do anything about it the courier changed the food, of course, when I went up in person, the sentence was also said that it must not have come out like that, of course the food was not mixed because I was looking for the meat in it, and it was also left out, I have ordered from them several times, I have never been like this, of course it would not have been related to the case if a third person had not appeared, the 2 people who were there during my complaint were so disrespectful as to ask if they would prepare the food again, which I don't think is my fault that I didn't get what I would have liked I received the food at 20:00 and got the price back, which I think was the minimum after such an incident. I have already ordered from them several times, but after this incident, I will think twice about whether I will do it in the future and so that I don't miss out on what it is about it's about a gyros plate that first disappeared, the second time it came out incomplete (vegetables 0 meat 0 only french fries, ketchup, a little sauce and cheese, that could be the new gyros plate) for the third time, after 3 hours, I successfully received what I ordered and, as I wrote, the food, I also got the price back I received it, but for me it's sad that I had to go through such a long way to properly receive what I ordered...
