broth was not hot enough for me that was too salty, but I know it is subjectiv
it is located in a remote location, next to an autobahn, in an industrial zone, but the modern, cozy interieur makes it. the service is courteous, the staff is helpful, and while waiting for their order, they can see oldtimer in the next room. the food and desserts are excellent as the service, and the prices are not exorbitant.
We definitely would return to try more dishes. The jambalaya was amazing. Service was well-timed and friendly, drinks were affordable.

Steak was outstanding. Perfectly prepared and tasty. The service was slower then usual, but it was Ok.
Despite the location is in an industrial park the restaurant is quite and fancy. Waiters are very helpful, guided us through the menu and their recommendations were perfect, the food is delicious in big portions, a piece of America. The Oldtimer collection is a curiosity, during the food is preparing nice to walk between these piece of arts. I'm sure we'll go back.
