I lived for a year with my family in budapest and we have Friday evening dinner every week, and vapiano was definitiw a favorite in the rotation. there are so many tasty options, the atmosphere is really nice, and the service is also great! I remember when my mother was sick, and the waiter was so kind and always checked for her and made sure she had everything she needed. but yes, the Veg options are plentiful and they can become kreatiw! also large portion sizes, I always have yummy rest!
There are only 5 vegan dishes to choose and I feel like most of them would not be considered as a whole meal by themselves. I had pink Buddha bowl, which I think is the only well-rounded option. It has all macro nutrients, the part is gigantic and it kept me for a long time (and above all it was delicious). I would recommend this restaurant if you want a quick snack or a warm soup, but if you want a complete, well-rounded hot meal, I would skip it.
